I came in with a broken chain. Got 10 minutes and repair was done. Was greeted with a smile.
My recent experience with Berger's Bike shop has left me very disappointed. The owner clearly doesn't know how to run a business or how to treat customers. There were parts removed and swapped out from my bike (air valve adapter, speedometer parts, and tires) that were never returned to me. I had to make several trips to Berger's Bike to retrieve the old parts. The owner never apologized for the inconvenience he caused me. When I asked for some form of compensation for the inconvenience the owner hollered at me! I left the shop disgusted and felt compelled to write this review. I am a local here, and have never been treated so poorly by a business owner like Mr. Berger. Don't let this happen to you, and stay clear of this bike shop.
We've been buying/ servicing our bikes at Berger's bike shop for years. Scott and his staff are always very accommodating and their service is always top notch. Great local bike shop!
Great shop.
This is a great local bike shop! They primarily sell Trek bikes. Service is top notch. Prices are competitive with other sources. Scott and his staff went out of their way to get me the right model and size mountain bike that I was looking for. Highly recommended!
Scott's shop is awesome. I've been going there for 20+ years and his service is 5 stars. He and his staff have recently helped me with a full Thule system for my car which they glad installed perfectly and in very little time. He always tunes our bicycles up with care and noone is more knowledgeable. Stop by and say hello. You'll be glad you did. KQ
