Probably the friendliest campground we have ever visited. Mike & Nancy were great hosts & always ready to help. Activities & music on weekends were a pleasure & allowed us to meet some really nice folks. Great location and well maintained.
You can't beat the convenient walk to the beach but I've been to a lot of campgrounds and I've never been to one with so many rules. Quiet hour at 10 is common however no fire after 11? If you enjoy having a fire, you need to bring your own pit that sits off the ground. I also think that a $5 charge for guests is a little crazy. The owner has told us numerous times that the road is a one way and 5 mph but we have yet to leave with our vehicle. Also yardwork was being done at 8:30 at night. There are no amenities, absolutly no refunds and the campsites are very close. I personally will not come back.
Great owners,5 minute walk to beach, school nearby with tennis courts, biking ,perfect weather, many things to see...cliff walk with grand ocean views, mountain, fine restaurants close by.
Close but not on the beach. W/in EZ walking distance. Could give 4 stars as we arrived the day after it closed for season & still stayed 2 nights. Full hook ups @ $62.50/nt. Campgrounds on the beach asking $95/nt. Owner Mike was friendly. Lots of long term residents but places well kept. Would stay here again.
