Wonderful and traditional New England Inn with nautical themed pub/dining room downstairs where our party had lunch. Seafood chowder was loaded with shellfish. Sandwiches were good. Good for photo-ops with visiting guests. A family tradition to visit during the holidays. Live music downstairs on certain nights.
This place was great. The location/view is awesome and the service was outstanding. The man who checked us in, John, upgraded us to a better room for free and gave us lots of information about Maine. We will definitely be back here again. This was our favorite stop in Maine.
First time experience and it was outstanding. Best seafood meal I have had in 20 years. The manager and staff were terrific hosts and food presentation was equal to any 5 star venue we have experienced in the past. Understand that their Thanksgiving event is also a great event to be a part of too. WILL BE BACK!!!
Quiet cozy weekend getaway spot?? Double check! From guestrooms that are like stepping into your home to filet's cover with crab and lobster. Cannot get enough of the hospitality and surroundings.
Just wanted to thank both Paul (concierge/Manager) and our server Tom for an absolutely delicious lunch. The inn is beautiful, staff were delightful. Five stars across the board:))
