Absolutely love it here!! Been coming here for about 18 years!! The mussels r the best I've ever had!! I return every year at this time, just to enjoy them again!!
Beach front on short sands beach, XCLNT location in the heart of it all with a restaurant/bar &cafe. Walk around and shop @ the best candy store whr u can watch the taffy spin and bite into the best fudge around. Visit the local zoo n bar hop a bit. The hotel itself isn't the best except the location. Rooms are small, front desk staff are NOT polite they act like your bothering them. However, good food and great cocktails! VERY EXPENSIVE hence my 3 star rating with all considered.
Very nice hotel. The building its self is a little on the older side, but has been kept in fantastic condition. Can't beat having the beach literally outside the front door. Room didn't have a deck, but we also didn't ask for one. Even without a deck the view was still amazing
We went for dinner and drinks. The waitress (Jocelyn?) was GREAT! They were busy but she was very knowledgeable, attentive, and even recommended the crab crane (which was delicious ). They also had GREAT clam chowder. We sat outside and the view was beautiful. Will definitely go again !!
Right on water at Short Sands Beach.Views are spectacular Downtown York is just steps away, lots of shopping, restaurants. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar/pub. Pool tables. Rooms are very spacious, modern and extremely clean!!!
