They charge by the time of summer. Rates skyrocket for holiday weekends.
The whole feel is dark Victorian with possibly ghosts present.
Would not go back.
We booked 3 nights here due to the proximity to York and the low cost. The person who checked us in was unfriendly and subsequently quite rude, and in general the staff was inattentive. The cabin was poorly maintained, with damp carpet, several windows that did not open or stay open, a heater that was always slightly on in the summer producing a mild gas smell, and sheets of paper provided as bath mats for the shower. The above ground pool was almost never open during the day and the pool deck was torn and one of my kids tripped on one of the rips. If we hadn't been required to prepay, we'd have tried to change accomodations after the first day.
Over priced to ridiculous.
The staff is not pleasant and the pool is like a bacteria bath - if you can get through the gates.
